We’re thrilled to share that The Blackbird, Ballycotton has been shortlisted in two categories at the prestigious 2025 Bar of the Year Awards:
A huge shout out to our friends at The TrawlerBoyz, Ballycotton, afterall, it’s their award-winning food, served fresh from the Field Kitchen in our spacious beer garden, that helped secure this exciting nomination.
Their bold, flavour-packed dishes recently earned them the title of Munster Food Innovators at the Irish Restaurant Awards (#FoodOscars), and they were also finalists in the Cully & Sully Best Chowder in Ireland competition – among other accolades.
Together, we’ve created something special – a place where great food, great pints, and good times are shared in the heart of Ballycotton.
The 2025 awards will be held on Monday, August 18th at the Clayton Hotel, Burlington Road, celebrating hospitality excellence from across all 32 counties. And this year, the winners will be decided by public vote - it's the people's choice!
